Welcome to Rawish! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Authenticity

All our frames are made with high-quality original wood. Each artwork is carefully selected and inspected before shipping to maintain top standards.

2. Pricing

All prices are final and inclusive of standard taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but once an order is confirmed, the price remains fixed.

3. Order & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver within 5–10 working days.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged during delivery or if the wrong product is sent.

  • To claim a return or refund, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with clear proof (images/videos).

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • After 12 hours, cancellations will not be entertained as the order might already be in processing.

6. User Responsibilities
